The ILG Innovative logistics group was founded in Linz in April 2012 as a joint venture between our managing directors Wolfgang Klepatsch and Peter Neuhuber and Fr. Meyer’s Sohn, one of the world’s largest independent ocean freight forwarders.
Fr. Meyer’s Sohn (GmbH & Co.) KG – short FMS –, established in 1897, operates a global network in over 25 countries with more than 1,000 employees. For over 50 years, our founders, Wolfgang Klepatsch and Peter Neuhuber, have been at the forefront of Austrian logistics, gaining an extensive and unparalleled depth of industry expertise. Together with our strong partner FMS we are able to draw upon over 100 years of experience and practical know-how.

Our head office is strategically located at Linz Port, the largest inland port on the Upper Danube and a key international and regional economic hub.
