The ILG Innovative Logistics Group GmbH was founded in Linz in April 2012 as a joint venture between our managing directors Wolfgang Klepatsch and Peter Neuhuber, and Fr. Meyer’s Sohn (GmbH & Co.) KG – FMS for short.
Our management follows a clear strategy focused on innovation and sustainable business processes to ensure long-term growth. Close collaboration with FMS provides us access to a global network, enabling the development of innovative logistics concepts that optimally combine efficiency and reliability.

Wolfgang Klepatsch
Since 1985, Wolfgang Klepatsch has been a trusted name in Austria’s transport logistics industry. With his expertise, industry knowledge, and connections both locally and internationally, he has built a solid foundation of experience. His vision for the company is rooted in providing tailored solutions and reliable, high-quality service that meet the unique needs of clients.
Peter Neuhuber, sen.
Peter Neuhuber is a founding member of the ILG Innovative Logistics Group. He brings over 30 years of experience in the Austrian logistics industry to the table at the executive level. With his commitment to operational excellence, he plays a crucial role in our continued growth and success.
