Effective July 1, 2026, ILG North America Inc. will undergo a leadership transition.
Hans Meulenberg will step down from his operational role as President of ILG North America Inc.
He will remain closely associated with the ILG Group and continue to support the organization as an advisor on selected projects. Under his leadership, the Iselin, New Jersey office was successfully established and developed into a trusted partner for customers across the North American market.
Stephan Paroubek has been appointed as the new President of ILG North America. A native of Upper Austria, he brings many years of executive leadership experience from an internationally operating industrial company, where he was responsible for logistics operations. His extensive expertise in supply chain management, transportation and warehousing, as well as international freight flows, provides a strong foundation for driving the continued growth and development of ILG North America.
Founded in 2023, ILG North America Inc. is part of the ILG Group and is headquartered in Iselin, New Jersey. The office was established to support customers throughout the North American market with local expertise, fast decision-making, and dedicated on-the-ground service.
Since its inception, ILG North America has become an important link between European customers and the North American market. Close collaboration with customers, business partners, and service providers enables the company to deliver customized logistics solutions and efficiently manage international freight flows across the entire supply chain.
With Stephan Paroubek assuming leadership, ILG North America enters its next phase of growth under the guidance of an experienced logistics executive. Together with the local team, he will build on the company’s successful track record and further strengthen ILG North America’s position as a trusted partner for international logistics solutions throughout North America.
