ILG Innovative Logistics Group GmbH was founded in April 2012 in Linz as a joint venture between Fr. Meyer’s Sohn (GmbH & Co.) KG (FMS) and the managing partners Wolfgang Klepatsch and Peter Neuhuber.

Fr. Meyer’s Sohn (FMS), one of the world’s largest independent sea freight forwarders, was established in Hamburg in 1897 and is renowned for its long-standing tradition and extensive expertise in global logistics.

Our founders, Wolfgang Klepatsch and Peter Neuhuber, have been active in the Austrian logistics sector for over 50 years, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and deep market experience. Together, we contribute more than 100 years of experience and the latest expertise to our company.
