Yes, we take care of both packaging and securing your cargo in the container. Our trained warehouse and office staff will provide expert advice tailored to your specific requirements.

Are load securing certificates available for steel transports or transport concepts?
In general, securing is carried out according to the CTU Code, so no additional certification is usually required. However, upon request, we can provide a specific securing certificate for your goods in cooperation with an experienced external expert.
How are steel elements secured during transport to prevent damage?
Securing is always tailored to the type and dimensions of the sheets and is individually assessed for each shipment. Suitable materials such as wood, lashing straps, or polystyrene are used for optimal protection.
Do you also offer pre- and on-carriage (truck, rail) transport services?
Yes. Please note that due to legal road transport restrictions, the total weight for truck pre-carriage to northern/southern ports is limited.
In rail transport, apart from the maximum container payload, there are no such weight limitations. Most of our shipments are transported by rail to the port, where they are then transferred to container vessels.
General note:
Truck transport offers more flexibility and speed but is more expensive and limited to a payload of 23 tons (20-foot) or 21.5 tons (40-foot HC).
We are happy to provide on-carriage services upon request.
